Responsibility

  • we are looking for a property maintenance manager
  • they would be responsible for the day to day maintenance of the properties managed by ourselves
  • completing and liaising with council officials on House of Multiple Occupancy Inspections
  • they must hold a full UK driving licence
  • this will include allocating and speaking to contractors, allocating works orders, liaising with Landlords and completing inspections on the properties based on a yearly programme
  • we would like to find someone who already has experience in the property maintenance field, however the ideal candidate would have to be able to work within a small dedicated team, have excellent communication skills and be able to work unsupervised
