Education
- A Level’s or equivalent, or higher
Responsibility
- purchase order placement with approved suppliers for NPI, Development and Production requirements
- process order confirmations from suppliers quickly and effectively, liaising with other departments where necessary
- perform clerical duties associated with processing Supply Chain information and documentation
- chase suppliers for overdue items, managing returns
- generation and communication of shipping documents for domestic and international shipments. Courier booking
- expedite stock sample materials from inventory to meet business requirements
- handling incoming post and deliveries
- managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and refreshments
Requirements
- proficient MS Office user
- highly organised with the ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
- attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- working knowledge of office equipment, e.g. printers
- ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally
- it is helpful but not necessary to have previous supply chain experience
