Responsibility
- IT and security related issues and requests
- ensuring the onboarding process is efficient and effective
- initially a fixed term contract role . This role could be fully remote or based out of our offices in London or Eastbourne. This role could also provide the opportunity to work for short periods in Dubai
- ensuring the service provision is in line with internal data security policies and external regulatory compliance
- the post-holder will be responsible for supporting the migration of Identity’s technology support service in the UK and the establishment of a new service in the UAE
- the aim is to support the operational service through a key transitional period as well as providing consultancy and expert support to the establishment and configuration of a green field service as we expand into a new territory
- we're looking for someone with an in-depth knowledge of technical service environment based on the Microsoft Cloud Stack
- you'll also have experience of working with a third party support service including support service transition as well as establishing, configuring, proving and transitioning to new technology service
Contract type
- integration, management and licensing of third party SaaS services
- provide, remote, and potentially on the ground, support to a major event based in Dubai
- creating documentation and end user training materials
