level 4 NVQ/Diploma in Health and Social Care
level 5 in Leadership & Management
an excellent knowledge of OFSTED and interview process

Responsibility
participate in service developments including planning, control, monitoring, review and evaluation activities to ensure continuous improvements in service delivery
to be responsible for people management, relating to sickness, absence, capabilities and discipline
reporting to the Managing Director, the candidate will lead the day to day running of the business including but not limited to
to provide on-call assistance as required to staff, social services and management
manage the service through clear aims and objectives to meet the assessed priority needs of young people within the parameters of legislation, good practice and policy
to manage the activity and performance of the services and staff and be responsible for dealing with their day to day issues, e.g. complaints and maintenance requirements
will be required to have an oversight of the staff rota
to liaise with social services and other professionals in terms of specific and general service delivery, support, accommodation etc, and to respond to any complaints/issues they have in a timely manner
