Responsibility
- to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans, ensuring that they are reviewed and updated regularly
- to be responsible for the management of resources and budgets, ensuring that the service is delivered efficiently and cost-effectively
- to provide leadership, continuous development and day-today management of our team of Nurses and support workers, ensuring that they are skilled, operating at clinical excellence levels, and facilitating the delivery of high-quality care to our service users
- to oversee the day-to-day running of the ward, ensuring that all activities are planned and delivered in accordance with the individual needs and preferences of our service users
- to provide a safe and supportive environment for our service users, ensuring that all aspects of their care and support are delivered in accordance with our policies and procedures
Requirements
- A relevant nursing or management qualification, such as a degree or diploma in nursing or management
- at least two years' experience working in a management role within a health or social care setting, leading change
- ideally experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder or an area of keen interest
- excellent leadership and communication skills
- ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- A commitment to providing high-quality care and support to our service users
- nursing Leadership: 2 years
