Responsibility
- oversee the daily operations of the business
- work with the board of directors to develop long-term plans for the organisation
- oversee operational planning, budgeting and forecasting
- be accountable for personal development and professional development and motivation of staff
- develop strategic partnerships
- performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable, and budget tracking
- managing the area/showroom daily, including greeting customers and guests, ensuring that they all feel welcomed
- helping manage and grow all aspects, being at the core of all sales enquiries and by developing the team to carry out jobs
Requirements
- A full UK driving licence
- managment
- experience in a professional workshop environment in a supervisory role
- part-time working option would be considered
- excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- must be passionate about cars, delivering first class customer service and have a proven track record to show this
- enthusiastic, accountable individual who can manage the customer experience in both sales and through social media
- experience/ knowledge in vehicle electronics installation
