caretaker
Responsibility
- cleaning all communal glazed areas internally & externally within reach
- dusting, polishing banisters, doorframe’s, ledges, skirting boards & light fittings
- vacuum all communal area carpets
- ensuring all communal areas are immaculately presented at all times
- sweeping, washing and disinfecting refuse and bin areas
- cutting Grass and Hedges
- maintaining the external communal areas ensuring there is no litter, leaves or obstructions, sweeping when required including the car park areas
- undertake basic maintenance such as changing light bulbs and minor repairs
Requirements
- previous Caretaker or cleaning experience is essential
- full UK Driving Licence essential as a company van will be provided for business use only
- ability to be able to work unsupervised and use own initiative, also work as part of a team
- good time management skills and reliable
- good communication and customer service skills
- flexibility to cover emergency and multi team cover
- IT emails and smartphone technology
- cleaning: 2 years
