Responsibility

  • process new sales orders
  • manage the correspondence between the production team and the client ensuring that orders are processed in the most efficient manner
  • monitor existing customer accounts and spend
  • work towards sales targets
  • provide customer service advice on our products and services
  • to work alongside our Head Office Team to offer excellent service to all of our customers
  • to structure a sales plan and execute working closely with our marketing team
  • report directly to Management on business growth and short falls in your remit

Requirements

  • decorated clothing sales: 1 year
