Responsibility

  • draft and schedule regular email and social media campaigns
  • maintain & update company websites, email database and newsletter subscriber list in accordance with data protection rules
  • assist in the composing and sending of press releases and organising competitions
  • liaising with the graphic designer and obtaining quotes from third parties for advertising and printed marketing materials
  • monitor customer feedback and compile reports for the Management team
  • support the Owners and Management with the organising, marketing, ticketing and managing of events and activities held at Churchfields Fun Farm & Fairy Trail such as our Maize maze and seasonal events such as our Easter Trail, Camping weekends, Pumpkin Festival, Firework nights and Christmas events
  • dealing with requests for vouchers and composing Terms & Conditions for vouchers and competitions etc
  • develop the company’s social media, networking and review accounts by adding content and encouraging followers. Also responding to direct messages and comments

Requirements

  • due to the continued expansion of our business, we are looking for an Events and Marketing Assistant to work with the owners and management in the preparation and delivery of all of our events and marketing activity here at Churchfields, Churchfields Fun Farm & Fairy Trail and Droitwich Salt
  • they will be working within a small and dynamic team and, therefore, need to be efficient and reliable with the ability to show initiative when needed

  • this is a hands on role based on 25 hrs per week in term time rising to 40 hrs in school holidays and when we hold special events. It will include a day on the weekend
