Responsibility

  • we are expanding our management team here at iCafe
  • as a Store Manager you you will be an integral part of our operation by being responsible for the day to day running of our Café
  • you will be able to motivate and influence your team to embrace change and implement improvements to benefit the business including controlling costs and driving revenue
  • we are looking for someone to join our team with a view for excellent career progression and development opportunity in a fast paced, high volume business
  • ensuring compliance with Health and Safety standards within the business
  • stock management to minimise to costs including liaising with kitchen team to ensure wastage is minimised
  • ensuring products going out to guests are in-line with the standards of the business
