  • ian Macklin Lettings are looking for a full-time experienced lettings administrator to join our small personable team
  • ian Macklin & Company is a long established, family run brand, widely recognised and respected throughout Cheshire
  • our offices in Hale, Hale Barns & Timperley allow us to serve a vast market area for both sales and lettings
  • due to an increase in demand our lettings department are now looking to expand their team
  • \*General office duties including filing, archiving, scanning & typing
  • \*Answering calls and dealing with customers
  • \*Supporting Property manager with aspects of property management and maintenance to include actioning maintenance reports, communicating with landlords, tenants and contractors, seeing work through to completion
