  • to assist the Lettings Manager with renewals and rent arrears
  • customer service is paramount. We are a business built on referrals
  • utility switching, invoice processing and other administrative property related tasks
  • managing a large residential portfolio built up from a rich mix of professional landlords, developers and single property owning landlords. Keeping the client and tenant satisfied. Manage a portfolio of 150-200 properties

Requirements

  • highly organised and punctual
  • process orientated, computer literate and can work with CRM systems
  • the ability to multi task and work in a fast paced environment
  • offering a high level of customer service at all times
