IAMP GLOBAL is looking for employees for positions:

room attendant

  • room attendant

Working hours

  • full-time | Permanent

Responsibility

  • clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities
  • clean and maintain public areas of the hotel, such as hallways, elevators, and lobby
  • respond promptly to guest requests and ensure that their needs are met
  • report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
  • follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff
  • ensure that all guest information is kept confidential

Requirements

  • previous experience as a room attendant or in a similar role
  • housekeeping
  • strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
  • availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
