Working hours

Responsibility
- clean and maintain guest rooms, including changing linens, vacuuming, dusting, and replenishing amenities
- clean and maintain public areas of the hotel, such as hallways, elevators, and lobby
- respond promptly to guest requests and ensure that their needs are met
- report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- follow all safety and sanitation procedures to maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff
- ensure that all guest information is kept confidential
Requirements
- previous experience as a room attendant or in a similar role
- housekeeping
- strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with guests and staff
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
- availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
