Responsibility
- delivering operational financial profitability. o The fundamental primary responsibility of the role
- evaluating overall operational financial performance by gathering, analysing, and interpreting data and metrics
- supervising and motivating team leads from different technical disciplines
- o Managing, supporting, and mentoring your team members by delegating tasks and setting expectations for performance
- o Continuous improvement of the team leader’s ways of working and for their teams’ quality of output
- o Ensure a consistency to how each of the projects are managed, tracked, analysed, and reported for commercial performance to the team and company management
- regularly evaluating the efficiency of operational procedures, identifying, and applying improvements. o Be able to quickly grasp current processes, assess suitability, and apply methods/techniques to introduce improvements to the project workflow
Requirements
- proven track record, and able to demonstrate success, in the development of technology products to the medical device market
- A solid engineering background with proven experience as an Operations Director or equivalent position
- excellent organisational, communication and people skills
- o You will have a strong background in Quality and Regulatory, helping to support the delivery of technology products to regulated industries
- o You will have ultimate responsibility for making important decisions quickly and confidently, that are in the best interests of strengthening i4PD reputation and track record
- technical/Management qualification
- o Be able to use your leadership skills to motivate your team and encourage them to work together to achieve goals and overcome any challenges they may be facing
