- testing of new projects, releases, or changes requested by customers
- being the first point of contact for all support issues
- testing, investigating and owning issues raised by customers and providing developers with details to enable a quick resolution
- follow documented procedures for customer support, identifying and suggesting improvements where necessary

- GCSE or equivalent
Contract type
- permanent/Full time
- 40 hours per week
- hybrid working - must be commutable to Farnborough as workload dictates for in office days
- must have the right to live and work in the UK
- we provide 24/7 support to our customers and therefore there would be on-call / weekend /bank holiday work on a rota basis
Requirements
- basic understanding of computers and common software
- experience in an application/software/1 or 2 line support position
- excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- SQL and Linux experience
- farnborough: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
