I-NEDA is looking for employees for positions:

support engineer

Language

Responsibility

  • providing support for the company's product range via telephone, email and support platforms
  • testing of new projects, releases, or changes requested by customers
  • being the first point of contact for all support issues
  • testing, investigating and owning issues raised by customers and providing developers with details to enable a quick resolution
  • follow documented procedures for customer support, identifying and suggesting improvements where necessary

Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Contract type

  • permanent/Full time
  • 40 hours per week
  • hybrid working - must be commutable to Farnborough as workload dictates for in office days
  • must have the right to live and work in the UK
  • we provide 24/7 support to our customers and therefore there would be on-call / weekend /bank holiday work on a rota basis

Requirements

  • basic understanding of computers and common software
  • experience in an application/software/1 or 2 line support position
  • excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
  • SQL and Linux experience
  • farnborough: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
