Requirements
proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar role within the fast food or pizza industry
strong understanding of fast food and pizza preparation processes
excellent leadership and team management skills
strong organizational and multitasking abilities
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
high school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus
Responsibility
team Supervision: Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service
inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock to prevent shortages and minimize waste
quality Assurance: Ensure all food items meet our quality standards and are prepared according to recipes and customer specifications
health & Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and proper use of kitchen equipment, reporting any issues for timely repairs
cost Control: Manage food costs, labor costs, and waste, implementing strategies to maximize profitability
customer Satisfaction: Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment and address any customer concerns
