Is not very nice to work. Is not person centered care. Is not worker centered care. They only care about money. Management make staff unhappy. Staff forced to work when they don't want. Management over staff shifts so worker lose shift and money. Management in office not smile at workers. Management just stare. Office feels very dark. Office was better in old days. New management are not caring. Management cover stuff up. Not enough hours to pay rent.
