You must of got the wrong company, these are a catering company, as these only have one staff member I don't understand where you say staff are ugly and very sad. The owner is such a lovely outgoing person you would get meet. He will help and make your catering experience out of the world.
Great company for children's parties 5* would recommend for a children's birthday.
