  • carry out maintenance and health & safety checks to ensure the safe keeping of the refuge
  • carry out any operational administrative duties to fulfill the role and provide administrative support to the team, where necessary
  • be responsible for the ordering of and setting up welcome packs
  • liaise with contractors reporting issues, arranging visits, escorting them around the refuge etc
  • meet & greet visitors, checking their ID documents, signing them in, etc
