Responsibility
- identify, outreach, and negotiate with potential influencers across various social media platforms
- manage the influencer relationship throughout campaigns, including onboarding, content development guidance, and performance tracking
- serve as the primary contact for influencers, resolving any issues and ensuring the partnership is beneficial for both parties
- attend industry events and network with influencers and e-commerce/consumer brands
- collaborate with e-commerce brands to understand their marketing goals and deliver strategies that align with their objectives
- measure and analyse the performance of all influencer marketing campaigns, assessing against ROI and KPIs
- collaborate with marketing departments to ensure campaign strategies are cohesive and effective
- stay updated with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and industry standards
Requirements
- an interest to build out a career in influencer marketing and talent management
- proficiency in managing social media, predominantly Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- strong networking and negotiation skills
- 1-2 year’s experience in a broad digital role or in a channel specific role that has focused on performance
- experience in creating & understanding engaging and brand-aligned content
- experience working in a scale up with a small team to start
- ability to think strategically yet roll up sleeves and get stuck in
- strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data
