Requirements
- A-Level or Equivalent
- prior experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or construction-based company is a significant plus
- experience of working in a low volume high complexity manufacturing environment
- understanding of working with high pressure gases and ATEX requirements
- experience in a start-up or pre-process production is preferable
- certifications: Forklift operation certification, OSHA safety training
- process Improvement Training:Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies

- high confidence in working with complex processes, its streamlining and automating for efficiency improvement and cost minimisation
- warehouse Operations Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure inventory is stored properly, and production orders are picked accurately and on time. Ensure all items are readily available to engineering and production teams
- inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, tracking material movements, and updating inventory systems. Conduct regular stock counts to ensure accuracy
