- implement social media campaigns and promotions to drive engagement and reach
- monitor and engage with users on social media platforms, including responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
- collaborate with other members of the marketing team to integrate social media efforts and overall marketing campaigns
- stay up to date with social media practices and trends
- strong verbal and written communications and the ability to follow instructions and interact with a wide range of people
- ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Education
- diploma of Higher Education
Requirements
- strong understanding of how to use social media for business purposes and experience with data and analytics
- excellent communication skills
- highly organised with the ability to multitask effectively
- collect and input data accurately and efficiently
- participate in team meetings and contribute to marketing strategy
