  • lead and manage a small team, ensuring exceptional customer service and a memorable experience for all guests
  • key holding responsibilities, ensuring the smooth operation and security of the venue
  • prompt and cost-effective rota management to maintain the staffing needs of the business
  • identify and act upon areas for business growth and improvement
  • maintain high standards of cocktail preparation and presentation to uphold the reputation of Hyde & Co as an award-winning cocktail bar
  • collaborate with the Group beverage manager to develop new cocktails and contribute to menu updates
  • monitoring cleanliness ensuring health & safety compliance is met

Requirements

  • hospitality management: 2 years
