- ensuring that landlords are compliant with contractual obligations such as repairs and cleaning are completed within timescale's
- carrying out accounts administration, including checking contractor invoices against original quotes, applying invoices into our CRM
- following procedures to ensure that service standards are consistent
- property Maintenance Co-Ordination, utilising our in-house Property Maintenance Triage Intranet, you will liaise with Landlords, tenants and third party companies to obtain quotes, arrange for repairs to be completed to a professional standard in a timely manner
- providing exceptional service to internal and external clients including providing informed and accurate advice in order to ensure that client retention rates remain high
