• property Maintenance Co-Ordination, utilising our in-house Property Maintenance Triage Intranet, you will liaise with Landlords, tenants and third party companies to obtain quotes, arrange for repairs to be completed to a professional standard in a timely manner
• providing exceptional service to internal and external clients including providing informed and accurate advice in order to ensure that client retention rates remain high
