  • due to recent growth we are looking for a bookkeeper/accounts assistant with practice experience to manage a number of clients to provide bookkeeping and submit VAT returns
  • the successful applicant will be able to hit the ground running and have experience with cloud accounting programs such as Xero & Sage

Requirements

  • client bookkeeping and analysis of coding on cloud accounting packages
  • the completion and submitting of VAT returns
  • reviewing clients VAT returns prior to submission
  • reconciliation of bank and cash accounts
  • preparation of management accounts
  • preparation of draft annual accounts to trial balance stage
  • the ability to communicate with clients face to face, on the phone and via email
  • bookkeeping: 1 year
