Responsibility
- inputting invoices onto Sage
- creating new suppliers and updating supplier details on the system
- raising sales invoices, processing payments and associated credit control and filing
- monthly supplier statement reconciliations and investigating any differences
- processing employee expenses and credit card expenses
- reconciling bank transactions·
- dealing with international invoicing and payments
- supporting with Commercial administration tasks
Requirements
- experience in similar role
- experience of using Sage is desired
- excellent administration and organisation skills
- clear criminal record
- competitive salary - £22,000 to £24,000 per annum depending on experience
