Responsibility
- process supplier invoices on Xero - weekly
- supplier statement reconciliations - monthly
- maintain bank feeds on Xero
- CIS Submissions - monthly; including provision of statements to suppliers and annual reconciliation
- company credit card analysis & input on Xero – weekly/monthly
- process monthly & annual payrolls on Xero; pension submissions & NEST scheme admin; annual reconciliation
- P11D information for external accountants – annual
- VAT Returns – submitted via Xero
Requirements
- proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role within finance or accounting
- proficiency in accounting software such as Xero and hubdoc
- strong understanding of accounts payable processes and financial reporting
- excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
- strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- AAT qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential
