Requirements
- previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in housekeeping or a related field
- strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, techniques, and equipment
- excellent organizational and time management skills
- ability to effectively communicate with staff, guests, and other departments
- attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- proficient computer skills for scheduling and inventory management
