- to set up and manage an online system to run all the back office for the properties
- to deal with and pass on maintenance issues to the right people
Requirements
- to have a fantastic and outgoing personality
- to want to be part of a fast-growing company
- to have a full driving license and own a car
- to have good communication and interpersonal skills
- to have very good time/diary management skills
- at least three years experience within the industry
- good local knowledge of the area
- to work well on an individual basis or as part of a team
