Responsibility
- we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated experienced Deputy Manager to join our Nursery
- previous management experience is preferable, with a minimum of 3 years of experience within a childcare setting
- you will work along side the Nursery Manager to lead and deliver Outstanding care, exceptional customer service and promote a successful team
- you will be responsible for effectively leading and managing your team to deliver an outstanding service of care and education to our children
- our expectation is that this is delivered consistently and on a daily basis to ensure that the EYFS and children's learning outcomes and development are embedded within the nursery every day
