Responsibility
- we are a small food and beverage trading firm specializing in the Seafood sector based in the New Forest
- we import and export fresh, frozen and ambient seafood products
- however, the role will include all aspects of certification and quality control, including MSC/ASC, Quality control, labelling and health and safety
- experience in the food industry ideal, but not necessary
- experience using MS office essential
- experience with any certification process would be favourable
- although we are flexible with home working, this is an office based job
- we are looking for someone to fulfil the role of Technical Manager, specifically to implement and maintain our IFS or BRC trader certification process
