Responsibility
- assist transport manager with daily planning to ensure best vehicle & driver utilization
- work towards Fleet KPI's set out by management
- liaise with customer services team to ensure that the company meet customers’ needs and requirements
- monitor and update our in-house Traffic management system
- maintain files and electronic records as required
- assist Transport Manager with Daily/weekly/monthly reports when required
Requirements
- the package offered is negotiable which will reflect the skills and experience of the successful candidate
- the successful candidate must have worked with a Transport Office for a minimum 2 years, along with excellent IT skills and must possess excellent organisational and time management skills
- we operate a 24/7 business within a fast-paced working environment; therefore, the candidate will need to be flexible to meet the operational needs of the business, including weekends and on call on a rota basis

- pay: £30,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
