Responsibility
- our Client is a premier provider of IT-managed services, on-site support, and field engineering within the Education sector
- coordinating and managing multiple projects from inception to completion
- your ability to communicate effectively, both internally and with clients, will be crucial to our project’s success
- communicating with internal teams, clients, and third parties to ensure project progression aligns with project plans
- arranging and scheduling resources to optimise project efficiency
- supporting the project team with onboarding new clients and ensuring an exceptional client experience
- maintaining project systems and documentation for accurate tracking and reporting
- producing management reports on project delivery key performance indicators
Requirements
- proven experience in a similar role or a strong desire to learn and grow in a project management capacity
- exceptional organisational and planning skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- excellent customer service and communication skills, both over the phone and in face-to-face interactions
- the ability to engage professionally and consistently deliver an exceptional client experience
- strong knowledge of MS Office and competent IT skills are a necessity
- A keen attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- experience in the IT sector is desirable but not essential, as we provide opportunities for growth and learning
