Requirements

  • excellent understanding of aftersales processes, including service delivery, maintenance, repairs, warranty management, and parts logistics
  • strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand and explain technical information related to refrigeration and hydraulic systems
  • exceptional customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve issues effectively
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • proficiency in using CRM and service management software
  • proven experience in an aftersales management role within a technical manufacturing or engineering environment, ideally within the refrigeration, automotive, or hydraulics industry
  • strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful reports

workshop supervisor

Responsibility

  • working along side the Operations & Technical Manager
  • you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running of the workshop
  • this will involve being partially hands on during busy periods
  • oversee day-to-day operations and organise work flow
  • order parts - Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfilment & fitting of Ecogen to tractor units
  • maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections
  • continuously identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency
  • control parts supply

Requirements

  • previous experience in a supervisory role
  • HGV license would be beneficial
  • experience working within HGV , hydraulic or mechanical workshop
  • overseeing control of shipping, receiving parts from Sweden and onward shipment to customers or agents
