- working along side the Operations & Technical Manager
- you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running of the workshop
- this will involve being partially hands on during busy periods
- oversee day-to-day operations and organise work flow
- order parts - Ensure efficient and accurate order fulfilment & fitting of Ecogen to tractor units
- maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular inspections
- continuously identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to increase efficiency
- control parts supply
Requirements
- previous experience in a supervisory role
- HGV license would be beneficial
- experience working within HGV , hydraulic or mechanical workshop
- overseeing control of shipping, receiving parts from Sweden and onward shipment to customers or agents
