Responsibility

  • working within our virtual call centre as part of our Customer Service Team, you will handle inbound and outbound calls from existing customers
  • you will be responsibility for completing transactions such as mid-term changes, mid-term transfers and other ad hoc queries relating to existing customers insurance policies
  • you will be required to advise, recommend, sell and service appropriate insurance products to meet the demands and needs of our customers
  • A full comprehensive training programme is delivered upon appointment into the role to ensure you are competent to service our insurance products and use our operating system
