Responsibility

  • we are looking for an experienced cook to work in our production kitchen within our Bathgate Factory
  • main duties include preparation of ready meals and other products for retail sale
  • must have a keen interest in cooking and producing high quality products
  • prepare and cook products items in accordance with established recipes and standards
  • approx. 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Day shift. Rate of pay dependent on experience
  • ensure food quality and presentation meets company standards
  • follow proper food handling and cleaning procedures
  • maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements

  • previous cookery experience is essential
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
  • cooking: 1 year
  • kitchen experience: 1 year
