Education

  • GCSE or equivalent

Requirements

  • proven experience in customer support within an ecommerce or similar distribution business
  • strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • excellent contact handling skills, with outstanding communication and active listening abilities
  • customer-first attitude, with the capacity to adapt and respond effectively to different personalities
