  • diploma of Higher Education

Requirements

  • A degree or equivalent 3rd level IT qualification and a minimum of 3 years’ experience within a relevant technical role
  • working knowledge of Windows Server/Azure Environments
  • ability to manage and setup Microsoft 365 products – Azure / SharePoint /Teams / Exchange / Intune
  • strong understanding of networking principles and troubleshooting including Routing,VLAN,Firewalls, VPN, Managed Switches
  • knowledge of virtualisation technologies including Hyper-V / VMware
  • working knowledge of CoPilot
  • excellent communication skills suitable for both customer facing and telephone support
  • ability to work with own initiative

Responsibility

  • providing technical support to our clients via Phone, Email, Teams and Remote support tools
