Responsibility

  • we are looking for an administrative assistant to join our team at our busy Newport office. This is a full time position, working 35 hours Monday to Friday
  • handling large amounts of paperwork
  • scanning and filing client records in an efficient and confidential manner
  • accurate data entry
  • writing letters and correspondents to clients
  • assisting with invoicing and credit control
  • assisting with new client on-boarding

Requirements

  • previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
  • be comfortable working on their own for some or all of the day
  • be comfortable working within a team and taking direction from other team members
  • ability to organise and manage own work load
  • organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
  • excellent attention to detail
  • excellent communication skills
  • administrative: 2 years
