Responsibility
we are looking for an administrative assistant to join our team at our busy Newport office. This is a full time position, working 35 hours Monday to Friday
handling large amounts of paperwork
scanning and filing client records in an efficient and confidential manner
accurate data entry
writing letters and correspondents to clients
assisting with invoicing and credit control
assisting with new client on-boarding
Requirements
previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
be comfortable working on their own for some or all of the day
be comfortable working within a team and taking direction from other team members
ability to organise and manage own work load
organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
excellent attention to detail
excellent communication skills
administrative: 2 years
