Responsibility
- lead the Gibson guitar sales team ensuring every customer of every skill level feels comfortable
- manage the retail merchandise sales team as they sell lifestyle goods and take fans through interactive experiences
- train team members on new product releases
- schedule shifts for hourly team members
- merchandise the guitar and lifestyle zones
- monitor inventory levels and place restocking orders
- identify and evaluate vintage guitars for both authenticity and value
- manage the repair and restorations team in ensuring every guitar that leaves the space is up to Gibson’s high standards of playability
