Responsibility

  • to maintain the security, safety and welfare of both employees and members alike
  • provide exceptional customer service to our employees and to our members
  • respond to security incidents within the site and prepare reports on such incidents
  • attend and actively participate in daily meetings
  • exhibit good judgement and discretion when dealing with members and support employees with situations
  • monitoring and reviewing CCTV
  • our Security Officers work as part of a multi-disciplined team who use the technology and training provided to make sure our safety processes are followed at all times

Requirements

  • be smart and well presented at all times
  • have a SIA Security Door supervisors license
  • must have a good understanding of security operations and procedures
  • must have the ability to maintain professional self-control when dealing with uncommon and challenging circumstances
  • computer skills are desired
  • you must have excellent oral and written communications skills
  • you should be focused on delivering excellent customer service to our employees and our members
  • you must have the ability to interact successfully at several social levels and across diverse values
