Responsibility

  • role: Private Housekeeper
  • location: Cobham, Surrey
  • days / Hours: 5 days per week, to include Saturday and Sunday. Hours are a variation of: weekdays 8am to 6pm and 10am to 8pm; and weekend days 10am to 6pm
  • ensure residents' wardrobes, drawers, and dressing rooms are clean and organised
  • perform comprehensive housekeeping duties, including cleaning and maintaining the family home to the highest standard of cleanliness and presentation
  • manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, and ironing personal clothing and linens
  • sort and send clothing and linens to the dry cleaners, maintaining inventory and tracking items

  • working closely with MCPS’ service partner, PRS For Music on the day to day running of MCPS
  • reviewing the performance of PRS For Music each quarter against the contractual targets set out in the service level agreement
  • develop collaborative and commercial relationships with current and potential service providers, MCPS members and committee representatives
  • undertake and present analysis which facilitates MCPS objectives identifying business opportunities and risks where appropriate
  • driving efficiency in the operation of MCPS by regularly liaising with PRS For Music and reviewing processes where required
  • overseeing the development of existing and new licence schemes
  • co-ordinate meetings to facilitate the delivery of MCPS objectives, collating updates to help drive the agenda, and preparation of the associated papers and minutes
  • liaise with members on various issues which help them better understand the service provision they receive and how they can best manage the flow of rights which may improve efficiencies in their royalty collections
