Working hours

  • part-time

Responsibility

  • dealing with incoming calls from members of the public
  • provide help and advice to in-bound calls
  • dealing with complex permit orders, including processing & accurate recording
  • utilise in house system to obtain information regarding parking charges
  • taking payments for parking charges and permit when required
  • an opportunity to join a new team working from our office in Ayr. We are looking for a new team member to join our new business

Requirements

  • experience of or ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ability to communicate with all internal and external contacts and clients in a confident, professional, and positive manner
  • work as part of a team & capable of working using own initiative
  • good written and verbal communication skills
  • interpret and respond clearly and effectively to spoken requests over the phone and in writing
  • excellent computer skills including proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • excellent organisational, multitasking and time management skills
  • a professional telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills
