Requirements
- hold a Level 3 qualification in Land Based Engineering or an equivalent qualification in HGV, Plant, or Construction
- be able to effectively communicate with a wide range of customers and colleagues
- be willing to undergo continued professional development, including specific manufacturer training, to further develop and update their skillset
- have experience working with agricultural machinery and be willing to work overtime during peak farming seasons
- be capable of problem-solving and working under pressure
- have a positive appreciation for the countryside and the unique demands of farming
