- provide students with unbiased feedback on their ability to read sheet music, understand chords, and play songs
- provide parents with suggestions for increasing their child's aptitude for music
- teach students basic music theory and history
- encourage students to practice on their own time
- preferred candidate must live local to area where job is posted and have access to own or public transport
- experience of teaching and ideally experience of teaching KS1 or KS2 age groups is preferred
- available to teach small groups on selected at least 2 Weekdays 4pm - 8pm or on a Saturday 9 -12pm or 1pm to 5pm
Education
- GCSE or equivalent
