Responsibility

• hammerton Brewery is based in Islington, situated just off the Caledonian Road & Barnsbury overground station
• we are looking for a creative & enthusiastic General Manager for our pub on House Of Hammerton, on Holloway Road
• interested in craft beer and being able to make people passionate about great beer

• events planning & management
• day-to-day running of the pub open/close procedures
• managing social media content for the pub
• founded in 2014, the brewery has developed a strong portfolio of small-batch beers such as Crunch, City of Cake, Panama Creature, and N7 as well as many other experimental small-batch beers
• oversee the kitchen operation
• oversee cellar maintenance and quality standards
• our venue is open to the public from Tuesday to Sunday and serves the full array of Hammerton Beers plus a number of guest lines, as well as cocktails, spirits and wine. We also recently launched a Tapas menu within the pub
• ordering of stock and produce
• manage POS systems & stocks
• ROTA Planning
• proactive attitude
