HOUSE MAINTENANCE is looking for employees for positions:

maintenance engineer

  • maintenance engineer

Responsibility

  • assist in the day-to-day maintenance of the hotels and restaurants including any faults or repairs
  • plumbing – unblocking drains/toilets, repairing/replacing taps etc
  • minor electrical works – replacing lamps/fittings, sockets and switches etc
  • carry out H&S tasks, i.e. weekly fire alarm tests, water temperature monitoring, showerhead descaling etc
  • maintenance on HVAC systems, i.e filter cleaning/replacing
  • ensure that the hotels and restaurants are kept to the highest maintenance standards
  • respond in a timely manner to all maintenance requests and concerns raised by guests and team members according to the hotel's reporting procedure
