Requirements

  • as a Hotel Front Office Manager you will be expected to lead the hotel front of house operation to be the warm welcome to all of our guests at Velvet
  • the ideal person will have luxury/boutique hotel experience, will have lead a front of house operation in a similar position and will have the ability to deliver great service to our guests
  • we are looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, that is reliable and willing to learn as part of this growing team
  • hotel Front office: 1 year

Responsibility

  • co-operating with all departments in the hotel to ensure the correct reports and information are provided on request
  • ensure all staff are fully aware of the booking procedures to maximise the sale and revenue in the hotel, look after rotas, training and development
  • ensure the hotel front desk is kept presentable and manned at all times
  • you and your team will be responsible for maximising room revenues in line with the Company standards
