Responsibility

• supporting the Head of Audio in maintaining the day-to-day running of Hotcam’s systems division
• work with clients directly, assessing their needs and devising solutions
• working on location in a technical support role

• further the commercial interests of the business by fostering a warm and friendly working environment on location
• identify and resolve technical issues, before they become a problem for clients
• cultivate a culture of open-minded problem solving and high levels of attention to detail
• working with the Project Managers to ensure that any technical solution is practical and meets the client brief in a way that reflects the project budget
• manage and oversee audio elements of projects, from initiation to completion
• ensuring timelines and high-quality standards are met
• onboard and manage assets where necessary, helping keep the department orderly and organised
• learn the increasing array of technology available to the engineering department whether that be new fibre, IP or understanding how the new trucks works
• conduct regular audits of equipment packages to identify areas for improvement and advise/action changes
