Responsibility
- the ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in retail sales
- hot Tubs Rock is a small family run business, based in Gloucestershire. We are an exceptionally entrepreneurial organisation, with a unique brand, and a very clear vision for growth over the years to come
- out of two showrooms we supply and install a range of hot tubs, swim spas, saunas, outdoor furniture and have recently opened a new department purely for interiors and gifts
- we are looking for a Showroom Manager who shares our passion for all things indoor and outdoor living and who’s core values are to provide excellent customer service and to deliver an exceptional client experience
- our mission is to ‘spread joy’ and to put a smile on the face of every customer
- this person must share the directors desire for growth as they will be responsible for the showroom based success of the business, including all existing customers experience
- however, the most important attributes required are excellent communication skills, a keen eye for perfection, the ability to think on their feet and come up with creative solutions, and to be a confident and self-motivated leader, who can in turn motivate our team
Requirements
- A good understanding of retail sales with a flair for home decor
- experience of managing multi-site locations and willingness to travel where required
- exceptional customer service and communication skills
- sales driven attitude
- equally comfortable thinking strategically as you are rolling your sleeves up to deliver on last-minute needs and hit targets
- naturally self-directed, operate at a high cadence, and get stuff done with minimum supervision
- high attention to detail
- curiosity and desire to develop knowledge, skills and grow our business
